Repeat Prescriptions

We kindly ask Clients for a minimum of 24 hours notice for all prescriptions, Monday – Friday.

Prescription required within 24hrs must be ordered over the phone and will incur an Emergency fee.

Please wait for a confirmation email informing you that the prescription has been authorised and dispensed before collecting.

Please note, due to RCVS regulations your veterinary surgeon must examine your pet at least every six months, or for some medications, more frequently.
